Frozen Action

Frozen action often captures a dramatic event. It is useful for photographing sports, animals, and anything else that moves.

blurred image

A blurred image is more interesting for the eye, it adds motion.

Strong Center of Interest

The purpose of a strong center of interest dead center is to make the viewer look right at the subject first and then at the background. In a photo like this only the subject should be important to the viewer.

Frame Photo

The frame concept is important because it adds interest and depth to a photo.

Rule of Thirds

The rule of thirds is useful when trying to make a photo more organized. A photo that doesn't follow the rule of thirds looks random and not as good.

Background Included

The idea in a background included is to show the viewer every angle in the picture. The background is included because it is important or it adds to the main focal point.

Background simplified

Background simplified is a lot like no background, but more interesting because there is something there. Like no background it draws your attention to the main attraction in the picture.

No Background

The no background concept is useful when you want all the focus on one thing. It creates a focal point.
